We met the Seabase scouts and adult leaders at the airport. No one looks like a lobster and they all say they had a good time.

Lots of scouts are getting in the water at the McFarland High School pool. Nearly half of the scouts in Troop 16 are finding their way into the water with Madison Scuba. Pictures in photo album.

This is our opportunity to appeal to the cub scouts at an early age and tell them how cool Boy Scouts is and how much we are looking forward to them joining the troop.  It is important to remember how much the cub scouts look up to us, so coming to their event will be very important to them and will make a lasting impression.  I need responses from EVERYONE--please let me know if you will be able to stay for Blue and Gold so the Cub scouts can plan to have the right amount of food, and let me know if you can provide service at the mass, I have to tell Kitty Maas who will be providing service so she can verify they are trained.
